Tony Harrison was born in Detroit, Michigan, U.S. on September 6, 1990. He made his professional debut at the age of 20 years on July 2, 2011 against Uwe Tritschler. Harrison defeated Tritschler via 1st round TKO, making a successful beginning of his pro career.
Harrison got his first shot at a world title at the age of 26 after 25 professional fights. On February 25, 2017 Harrison challenged Jarrett Hurd's IBF super-welterweight title but lost via 9th round TKO.
