Jason Sosa's Boxing Career
Jason Sosa was born in Camden, New Jersey, U.S. on March 10, 1988. He made his professional debut at the age of 21 years on November 20, 2009 against Jonathan Ocasio. Sosa defeated Ocasio via 3rd round TKO, making a successful beginning of his pro career.
Sosa became a world champion at the age of 28 after 23 professional fights. He challenged Javier Fortuna for the WBA (Regular) super-featherweight title and stopped the champion in the 11th of the 12-round fight, winning his first world title.
