Daulis Prescott was born in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia on September 2, 1986. He made his professional debut at the age of 20 years on November 24, 2006 against Armando Velasquez. Prescott defeated Velasquez via 2nd round TKO, making a successful beginning of his pro career.
