Trevor Bryan was born in Albany, New York, U.S. on August 23, 1989. He made his professional debut at the age of 22 years on November 5, 2011 against Demarcus Young. Bryan defeated Young via 2nd round RTD, making a successful beginning of his pro career.
Bryan became a world champion at the age of 31 after 20 professional fights. He challenged Bermane Stiverne for the vacant WBA (Regular) heavyweight title and stopped Stiverne in the 11th of the 12-round fight, winning his first world title.
